How difficult are the courses for beginners?
All our courses start from absolute beginner level. We use a progressive structure so each lesson builds confidence. Most students complete their first arrangement within the first week.
What materials do I need to purchase?
We provide a detailed materials list upon enrollment. Typical costs for seasonal flowers range from $35–$60 per week. Tools and vases are reusable across courses.
How much weekly time commitment is required?
Expect 4–6 hours per week: two hours for video lessons and practical work, plus optional studio hours. Self-paced modules allow flexibility around your schedule.
Do you issue certificates upon completion?
Yes. Every course awards a digital certificate with verifiable credentials. Printed certificates are available for an additional $25 shipping fee.
What is the refund policy?
Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if less than 25% of content has been accessed. After that, a prorated credit toward future courses applies.
Can I access recordings after the course ends?
Lifetime access to all purchased course recordings and downloadable worksheets is included. Updates to content remain free for existing students.
Are there any scholarships or payment plans?
Yes. We offer two installment plans and three merit-based scholarships each quarter. Apply through the contact form with a short portfolio.
Do courses include live instructor support?
Every cohort features weekly live Q&A sessions and private feedback on your arrangements. Instructors respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
